Aqua Studio NY

Located in Tribeca, Aqua Studio NY is an underwater cycling class. This low impact workouts are held in Aqua’s candlelit pools and are sure to have you feeling refreshed. Classes max out at 14 per class to provide a more intimate experience.  Click here to review their various plan options.

 

Holy Water at TMPL

TMPL Gym is David Barton Gym’s newest and most luxurious gym endeavor, equipped with a gorgeous, dimly lit salt water pool. Take a dip (kind of) at TMPL’s Holy Water class, which uses “The Aquabase”  – the very first floating exercise mat. This class features a variation of exercises including yoga, strength, and of course – balance. Space is limited to 10 people per class. Dive in!

 

Aqua Zumba at Z Club NY

Dancers rejoice, have you heard of Aqua Zumba? Zumba is a high intensity workout which has a powerful effect on the body, both in the water and on land.
