Aqua Studio NY

Holy Water at TMPL
TMPL Gym is David Barton Gym’s newest and most luxurious gym endeavor, equipped with a gorgeous, dimly lit salt water pool. Take a dip (kind of) at TMPL’s Holy Water class, which uses “The Aquabase” – the very first floating exercise mat. This class features a variation of exercises including yoga, strength, and of course – balance. Space is limited to 10 people per class. Dive in!
Aqua Zumba at Z Club NY
Dancers rejoice, have you heard of Aqua Zumba? Zumba is a high intensity workout which has a powerful effect on the body, both in the water and on land. A 90-minute water yoga class where the paddle board and ocean is your yoga mat. To succeed in this class you’ve got to be #perfectlybalanced! Beginner? Not to worry, the first 30 minutes of class give you the opportunity to explore the paddle board and get situated pre-Yoga instruction.
